Labor Attorney, James Foster, will provide a two hour informational/training session on Thursday, May 2, 2024. He will be discussing: Your rights as non-union contractors How to properly respond to union activity Changes with the NLRB and how recent rulings affect the non-union contractor It is important all IEC contractors attend. A light breakfast and coffee will be provided.

This course will cover all significant NEC changes for the current code cycle.

Enrolled and available apprentices will have the opportunity to meet contractors who are currently hiring with possible interviews that same day. Contractors have the opportunity to pre-screen the incoming group of available workforce. This FREE event is only available to IEC Contractor Members in good standing.
