Isaac brings deep expertise in solar, storage, field applications, and workforce training, with a career dedicated to advancing installer education, safety, and technology adoption across the industry. During his 14 years at SunPower, he led and scaled installer and technician training programs that shaped how crews learn and implement new solar and storage technologies.

His credentials include NABCEP PV Installation Professional (PVIP), NABCEP PV System Inspector (PVSI), and NFPA electrical safety certification. Isaac has also contributed to industry safety and code improvement efforts through participation in SEIA’s Solar & Storage Industry Forum.
