Women in Power brings together electrical industry professionals, apprentices, contractors, and industry partners to empower women in construction through community, networking, professional development, skill-building, and career growth.

These gatherings are open to all IECRM members, apprentices, students, and Industry Partners, as allies in supporting and advancing women in the electrical and construction trades. By working together, we can foster a more inclusive, supportive, and successful industry for everyone.

Women in Power are monthly drop-in sessions. No RSVP is required (but recommended)—simply join us at the Main IECRM Campus in Northglenn for meaningful conversations, valuable connections, and opportunities to learn from one another.
