Course Overview

Safety and productivity begin with preparation. This session dives into the essentials of pre-task planning and jobsite safety analysis, helping participants identify and eliminate hazards before work begins. Attendees will gain a practical framework for improving jobsite safety, efficiency, and team coordination.

Learn the strategy of identifying worksite hazards, eliminating them, and understanding the value of pre-task planning to improve jobsite productivity and safety.

Instructor: Jay Godfrey

Jay Godfrey is Vice President and Electrical Testing & Safety Consultant at Craft Electric, bringing extensive experience in electrical testing, safety, and commercial and industrial electrical systems. His background includes leadership roles in sales, business development, and electrical contracting, including serving as Principal of Godfrey Electric. Throughout his career, Jay has focused on delivering safe, reliable electrical solutions and supporting the needs of the construction and manufacturing industries.
