Hiring? Reserve a Booth at an IECRM Career Fair & Meet Quality Job Candidates! 

As the premier electrical contracting association of the Rocky Mountain region, IECRM is pleased to drive the growth of the electrical and renewable industry workforce and remedy the shortage of skilled electrical workers by hosting and promoting several hiring events throughout the year. IECRM Career Fairs attract more than 100+ quality job seekers.

• 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: The first hour of the Career Fair is reserved for individuals graduating from Amplify, IECRM's Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship Program. These 20+ highly motivated, top-quality candidates have received their OSHA 10 and CPR, First-Aid, & AED certifications in addition to 40 hours of education and hands-on experience!
   
• 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Doors open to the public. 

IECRM has invested in targeting and reaching a diverse audience of job seekers, career changers, and experienced individuals seeking opportunities in the electrical and renewable energy trade.

Your company is guaranteed to speak to at least a dozen motivated young professionals ready to hit the ground running.

Onsite interviews are encouraged! 

Registered contractor booth participants will receive the following upon arrival:

• 1 6 ft. table
• 2 chairs (you may request more upon arrival)
• 2 bottles of water (you may request more upon arrival)
