CPR/First Aid:

• Rescue Breathing
• Heimlich Maneuver
• Heart Disease Awareness
• Stroke Awareness
• Proper Use of an AED

This course includes a digital reference book, qualification card, and mannequin use. The First Aid portion of the course meets OSHA guidelines for industry and construction.  This course covers all basic skills required for performing First Aid. Examples include seizures, diabetic emergencies, burns, bleeding, broken bones, and more first-aid emergencies. Each participant will receive a two-year certification through the nationally recognized American Safety and Health Institute.

All courses are taught in a group setting but always include individual instruction. Our instructors understand the importance of hands-on experience and repetition.

Participants will earn four continuing education units (CEUs) upon successful completion of this course. All of IECRM’s continuing education courses meet the criteria of the Colorado State Electrical Board and are approved by the states of Alaska, New Mexico, and Wyoming, as well as the International Code Council (ICC) for CEU credit.
