The IECRM Annual Summit Awards is a premier event celebrating excellence in the electrical, construction, and renewable energy industries. The 2025 Summit Awards are on Thursday, April 10th, at Empower Field at Mile High Stadium.

 This prestigious ceremony offers unparalleled recognition among the industry’s finest. Sponsorship deadline: April 3rd.

During the event, sponsors are highlighted with dedicated signage, a special announcement, and additional benefits tailored to their sponsorship. Please see the sponsorship opportunities below:

Sold Out - QED  Premier Sponsor $4,000.00-The sponsorship package includes a table for 10 guests at the awards event with reserved premium seating. Sponsors will receive top-tier logo placement on all event materials, such as invitations, programs, signage, and digital media. Additionally, the sponsor will be recognized as the Premier Sponsor in all event communications both before and after the event, including press releases, emails, and social media campaigns. There will also be an opportunity for the sponsor to address the audience during the event, such as giving opening remarks or presenting an award.

Dinner Sponsor $3,500.00-The sponsorship package includes a table of 8 at the awards event with reserved premium seating. Your logo will be prominently displayed on all dinner-related materials, such as menus, signage, and event programs. Additionally, you will receive acknowledgment in event communications, both before and after the event, including on social media, in emails, and on the event website.

Bar Sponsor $3,000.00-The sponsorship includes four tickets to the event and exclusive branding at the bar area. This branding will feature your company logo on signage, as well as custom-branded cocktail napkins or drink menus that showcase your sponsorship (these can be provided by your company or developed in collaboration). Additionally, you will receive recognition in the event program and digital communications as the Bar Sponsor. The emcee will also acknowledge your sponsorship verbally during the event. Lastly, you will have the opportunity to feature a signature cocktail named in your honor.

Welcome Reception Sponsor $2,500.00-The sponsorship comes with two tickets to the event, exclusive branding throughout the reception area, including signage featuring your company logo, recognition as the Welcome Reception Sponsor in the event program, digital communications, and social media promotions, opportunity to provide branded items or materials during the reception and verbal acknowledgment by the emcee during the event.

Awards Sponsor $2,000.00-The sponsorship includes prominent placement of your logo on all materials related to the awards, such as plaques, certificates, and programs. You will also receive recognition as the Awards Sponsor in event communications, including social media posts, emails, and on the event website. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist in presenting select awards during the ceremony, with acknowledgment from the emcee, and exclusive branding displayed on stage during the awards presentation. Emerging Leaders Table Sponsor $1,500.00-The sponsorship includes the opportunity to host some of the best and brightest in our industry who are participating in the IECRM Emerging Leaders program. Recognition includes your logo at their table, dedicated signage near the main stage, and verbal recognition from the emcee during the event. (2 sponsorships available)

AV Sponsor $1,500.00-The sponsorship includes dedicated signage on or near the main stage. As the AV Sponsor, your organization will power the visual and auditory experience that brings the awards event to life. Your sponsorship ensures the seamless delivery of presentations, videos, and announcements that celebrate the achievements of the electrical contracting industry. (2 sponsorships available)

Step & Repeat Sponsor $750.00-The sponsorship includes exclusive logo placement on the step-and-repeat backdrop alongside event branding, recognition as the Step-and-Repeat Sponsor in the event program, digital communications, and social media promotions, verbal acknowledgment by the emcee during the event, branding opportunities near the photo area, such as signage or promotional materials and access to digital copies of the photos to share on your company’s marketing channels. Cigar Lounge Sponsor $2,500.00-The sponsorship includes two tickets to the event, exclusive branding throughout the cigar lounge, including signage featuring your company logo, recognition as the Cigar Lounge Sponsor in the event program, digital communications, and social media promotions and opportunity to provide branded items such as cigar cutters, matches, or ashtrays.

Photography Sponsor $1,000.00-The sponsorship includes prominent recognition as the Photography Sponsor in the event program, digital communications, and social media promotions, a dedicated photographer to capture key moments during the event, including award presentations, networking, and candid shots, access to a gallery of high-quality event photos, which can be shared across your company's marketing channels, social media, and verbal acknowledgment by the emcee during the event.

Dinner Wine Sponsor $2,000.00-The sponsorship includes recognition as the exclusive Dinner Wine Sponsor in the event program, digital communications, and social media promotions, branding at the wine stations or on wine-related signage, including your company logo on the wine menu and opportunity to feature your company name on custom wine items at the wine station.

Stadium Safety Tour $1,500.00-The sponsorship package includes one ticket for each of the scheduled safety tours at the event. As the exclusive Stadium Safety Tour Sponsor, you will receive recognition in the event program, digital communications, and social media promotions. Your logo will be prominently displayed on all tour-related materials, including signage, handouts, and tour guides. Additionally, the tour leader will verbally acknowledge your brand during the experience, highlighting your commitment to safety and excellence. You will also receive reserved VIP access for your company representatives to participate in the tour alongside key guests, providing an opportunity to network with industry leaders in a unique, hands-on setting. This experience will further reinforce your company’s role in promoting safety within the electrical contracting industry.

VIP Table Sponsor $1,500.00-The sponsorship includes reserved VIP seating at a premium table for your company representatives, closest to the stage and key event activities, your company’s logo displayed on the VIP table and prominently featured in the event program and digital communications, verbal acknowledgment by the emcee during the evening, recognizing your contribution to the event, enhanced networking opportunities with top industry professionals and leaders in the electrical contracting community.

Sold Out- Federated Table Decor Sponsor $1,000.00-The sponsorship includes exclusive branding on each table through custom decor featuring your company logo, such as table centerpieces, place settings, or branded table runners, recognition as the Table Decor Sponsor in the event program, digital communications, and social media promotions and verbal acknowledgment by the emcee during the event, highlighting your contribution to the ambiance and overall guest experience. Dessert & Coffee Sponsor $1,000.00-The sponsorship includes exclusive branding at the dessert and coffee stations, with your company logo prominently displayed on signage, menus, or dessert items, recognition as the Dessert and Coffee Sponsor in the event program, digital communications, and social media promotions, opportunity to offer a signature dessert or coffee blend that reflects your company’s unique brand, giving guests a personalized touch and verbal acknowledgment by the emcee during the dessert and coffee service, ensuring your brand is highlighted during this key moment of the event. Event Champion $100.00-The sponsorship includes recognition as an Event Champion Sponsor in the event program and on event signage, your company name displayed on the event website and in digital communications leading up to and following the event, and visual acknowledgment during the event, ensuring your brand is highlighted as an important supporter of the evening.
