Booth and sponsorship registration is Due by April 1, 2025.

- Booth Details:  10’x10’, one 6’ table no table cloth, 2 chairs, electrical Included, bring your own extension cord (No table cloth)
- Set-up: 8:00 am- 12:00 am, loading dock, unload, and pullout.. Set up must be completed by 12:30 pm
- Raffle prizes are encouraged with a minimum value of $25 (no hats/t-shirts for raffle).  Please do not have your separate raffle, but contribute to our raffle that takes place throughout the day.
- Expect 1,000 attendees, therefore bring appropriate personnel, and we encourage you to bring products, demonstrations, and giveaways. Please offer show discounts/specials and sell products on-site.
- Back by popular demand, we will have a full complimentary bar (sponsorship available below)
- BBQ is served at 5:00 pm
