Estimated Course Length: 4 Hours

Course Description: This training is a blend of in-class instruction (1.5 hours) and practical, hands-on training (2 hours) utilizing your own equipment. The training can cover both forklift and telehandler types of equipment and meets the requirements outlined in Subpart O, 1910.178, Powered Industrial Trucks. Participants will have the opportunity to apply classroom concepts and gain practical experience operating the job site equipment.

Aerial/Scissor Training Learning Outcomes:

Recognition of aerial lift hazards and safe operating practices
Understanding equipment design standards, components, and conducting inspections
Identifying fall hazards, mitigations, and fall protection
General safety precautions work around and in aerial lifts
