Review planning job tasks, inspire your team to display a vigorous work ethic, and develop company loyalty due to superior leadership.  Understand productive and non-productive time on the job, devise plans to reduce non-productive work, and improve profits.

Attendees review and develop their soft skills to enhance relationships with team members and other field personnel.
