IEC Fort Worth is excited to offer a Spanish-led Journeyman Exam Prep course, designed to support Spanish-speaking electricians preparing to sit for the Texas Journeyman Electrician exam.

This six-week, in-person course will be taught in Spanish by an experienced instructor and will follow the structure and content of the Ray Holder Journeyman Exam Prep book (English text). While the textbook is in English, the instructor is developing custom Spanish teaching materials, explanations, and guided problem-solving instruction to ensure concepts are clearly understood.

The course focuses on:

• NEC navigation and code comprehension
• Common exam calculations and problem types
• Test-taking strategies and time management
• Real-world explanations of code applications

This course is ideal for electricians who are more comfortable learning in Spanish but understand that the state exam and reference materials are in English.

Preparación para el Examen de Electricista Journeyman – Curso en Español

IEC Fort Worth ofrece un curso presencial de preparación para el examen de Electricista Journeyman, impartido en español, dirigido a electricistas que se preparan para presentar el examen estatal de Texas.

Este es un curso de seis semanas, impartido en español por un instructor con experiencia en el NEC y en el trabajo de campo. El curso sigue el contenido del libro Ray Holder – Journeyman Exam Prep (libro en inglés). El instructor está desarrollando materiales de apoyo en español, incluyendo explicaciones del código, ejemplos prácticos y resolución de problemas típicos del examen.

• Artículos y tablas más comunes en el examen

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, cancellation must be received in writing via fax, mail or email at least one week prior to the seminar.  If notification is received less than one week in advance, registration can be transferred to another person at the time of cancellation.  If no notice is received, the registration fee will be forfeited.

If inclement weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances prohibit a seminar from being conducted, a full refund will be given to each person registered.
