The IECRM Annual Summit Awards is a premier event recognizing excellence across the electrical, construction, and renewable energy industries. This highly regarded awards ceremony provides sponsors with meaningful visibility among industry leaders, contractors, and key decision-makers throughout Colorado and Wyoming.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Includes a table for 10 with premium seating, top-tier logo placement across all event materials, recognition in pre- and post-event communications, and an opportunity to address the audience or present an award.

SOLD OUT- Dinner Sponsor – $3,500
Includes a table for 8 with premium seating, logo placement on menus and dinner signage, and recognition across event communications.

SOLD OUT- Bar Sponsor – $3,000
Includes four (4) event tickets, exclusive branding at the bar area, recognition in the event program and digital communications, verbal acknowledgment by the emcee, and the opportunity to feature a signature cocktail.

Includes logo placement on award materials, recognition across event communications, on-stage branding during award presentations, and the opportunity to assist with presenting select awards.

Dinner Wine Sponsor – $2,000
Includes exclusive branding at wine stations, logo placement on wine menus, recognition in event communications, and the opportunity for custom wine-related branding.

Emerging Leaders Table Sponsor – $1,500 (2 available)
Includes the opportunity to host participants from the IECRM Emerging Leaders program, table signage, stage-area recognition, and verbal acknowledgment during the event.

Stadium Safety Tour Sponsor – $1,500
Includes branding on all tour materials, recognition in digital communications, verbal acknowledgment during the tour, and VIP access for company representatives.

AV Sponsor – $1,500
Includes dedicated signage near the stage and recognition as the sponsor supporting the event’s audiovisual experience.

SOLD OUT- CEO & VIP Table Sponsor – $1,200
Includes premium seating near the stage, logo placement on the table and in event materials, verbal acknowledgment by the emcee, and enhanced networking opportunities.

Photography Sponsor – $1,000
Includes recognition in event materials and digital promotions, access to the event photo gallery for marketing use, and verbal acknowledgment by the emcee.

SOLD OUT- Table Decor Sponsor – $1,000
Includes exclusive branding through custom table décor, recognition in event materials and digital communications, and verbal acknowledgment during the event.

Dessert & Coffee Sponsor – $1,000 (2 available)
Includes exclusive branding at dessert and coffee stations, recognition in event materials and digital promotions, and the opportunity to feature a signature item.

Event Champion – $500 (25 available)
Includes name recognition on event signage, the event website, and digital communications before and after the event.
