With over 13 years at Southwire Company, she has developed expertise in account management, client engagement, and strategic partnerships—helping contractors, associations, and teams achieve results while building trust and loyalty.   Outside of her corporate role, she invests in mentorship and service—coaching women in construction, supporting young professionals, and serving on nonprofit boards.


Temi Aladegbemi
Senior Project Engineer
Juneau Construction Company. In her previous experience, she supported the delivery of institutional, interior renovation, and light commercial construction projects. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Kennesaw State University and an MBA with a concentration in Project Management from Louisiana State University. Temi is passionate about mentoring and advocating for women in construction and is committed to helping young women grow, lead, and thrive in the industry.
