It is that time of year!

The IECRM Annual Wire-Off Competition will take place on Friday, May 1st. This is a great way to showcase the skills that you have acquired during your apprenticeship by competing against your fellow students in a battle of wits and wire.

Who can compete?

* 10 First-Year Students
* 10 Second-Year Students
* 10 Third-Year Students
* 25 Fourth-Year Students

If the number of registrations exceeds the available competitor spots for the first - third-year students, 10 will be selected based on overall grade point average (GPA).

If the number of registrations exceeds the 25 available competitor spots for the fourth-year students, the students with the highest overall GPA will be selected. These students will then compete in a qualifier round on March 25th, 2026, to determine the top 10 who will advance to the Annual IECRM Wire-Off Competition on May 1st, 2026.
